After purchasing a fridge elsewhere at another used place and ran into nothing but problems, went to Sam's and couldn't be happier. I've got a stove about 2 years ago, a fridge about 6 months ago and a dryer today. Went in the store about 45 minutes ago, and the dryer is already here and installed! All running strong. Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and nice staff as well! Prices are fair too!

We first found Sam on Home Adviser. The first time we called was for our stove. We explained the issue we were having and he told us what he thought it was. He was prompt, courteous, and had it fixed in no time. Would recommend him to our friends and family. We had a problem with our refrigerator about a year later and called Sam again. It was fixed right away and we've had no further problems. He did excellent work and he's honest. We couldn't have had a better experience.

I am not a person who normally writes reviews, but I have been so impressed with this place I wanted to make sure I did. The staff is courteous and efficient and they stand behind their products. The delivery and installation technician came when he said he would and got everything installed in a reasonable time. I also had a slight issue with my dryer and they honored the warranty and got it taken care of quickly and professionally. Definitely a good choice when looking for reasonably priced used appliances!

Excellent!! I called and scheduled an appointment for Sam to come and tell me what's wrong with my washer, and he delivered. He came in told me what the problem was, and fixed it in no time. I was so glad. Very informative in letting me know what to do and what not to do. Yes I'd recommend this establishment for washer or any repairs. Give them a call first.

I highly recommend this place. They really know how to treat customers and very professional. I bought a commercial Speed Queen and love it. If you need anything go see Sam and Ry. I also have to say how great the two delivery guys were. Friendly and professional and quick. Thank you all.

I purchased a dryer from them a couple years ago for a great price so when it wouldn’t power on the other day, I called them to come look at it. They came out the next day & had me up & running again in under 30 minutes! They’ll be my first stop the next time I’m in need of another appliance!

I got same day service and a great price. Sam was excellent, very nice and very professional. I called a shop in Barberton and they qouted me $225-250 for most dryer repairs. Sam told me most repairs were $75-100. He replaced a switch and the total bill was $95! Our dryer works again 🙂 …

Sam and Red are awesome. Bought very inexpensive gas dryer, worked great for a week, then stopped working. Within an hour of calling Sam to fix under warranty, it was back up and running. They stand behind their products and highly recommend!! Will buy from again!
